Being a Structural Consultant, I have had the opportunity and privilege of working closely with some of the Top Developers of the city. Because of this position, over the years a lot of my friends, relatives, colleagues have asked for my advise at the time of purchasing their homes or offices. Coming from a relative humble background, I realize how difficult it is for a self made person to buy a house in this city and the challenges they face. It is sad that for most people buying and moving into a new home is not a pleasant experience. I realize that for most people, buying a house in Mumbai is a once in a life time experience and at Mesacon, we believe it should be a celebration.

In my personal life, I have been influenced a lot by the value systems of my late father, Shri R. B. Mehta, who as a structural consultant always maintained that even while we may run a profitable business, we cannot be satisfied or happy unless we have given our very best to our projects. Financial success has little meaning if our clients are not delighted with our services and also if we do not enhance the quality of our people.

So when I decided to start a Real Estate Development firm under the banner of Mesacon in 2008-2009, I decided that at Mesacon, we will not measure our success by the number of projects that we do nor by the profitability of our company – But by the number of satisfied customers, vendors and team mates that we create along the way.

In such a short period of time, I can say with a sense of Pride that when viewed from the above prism, we have been extremely successful. In an industry that is looked upon with a sense of distrust by public at large, we are happy to have created our own space of trust with all our Customers, Vendors, Consultants, Contractors and our Staff. To upkeep this aspect of trust at all times, is my personal goal and mission at Mesacon.
