In a recent interaction with CREDAI-MCHI, NAREDCO, BDA, and PEATA, the SRA showcased a series of digital initiatives aimed at simplifying processes, enhancing transparency, and accelerating redevelopment.
Industry leaders lauded Dr. Kalyankar’s forward-thinking approach in integrating technology with governance — fostering efficiency, inclusivity, and trust. Vikram Mehta (President, BDA) emphasized the importance of curbing new encroachments, noting, “The creation of the Encroachment Tracking Cell, which uses satellite data to monitor and flag unauthorized construction, reflects SRA’s commitment to long-term sustainability.”
