Mesacon Group is a group of real estate development firms focused on Quality construction and ethical practices in the business. It is promoted by Mr. Vikram Mehta, a dynamic civil engineer.

The Mesacon Group was established in 1960, by late Shri R. B. Mehta in the form of Mesacon Consulting Engineers, a consulting firm providing Structural consulting services to leading developers in Mumbai. Over the years, Mesacon Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. became one of the leading and highly reputed consulting firms of Mumbai with the top of the line developers in the city as its clients. Mr. Vikram Mehta joined as a director in the company in 1991 and took over complete charge as managing director after the demise of Shri R. B. Mehta in 1995. Under his leadership, the company expanded its client base and diversified into project management consulting services and also as durability and quality consultants, having a staff of about 50 personnel and having won a few prestigious awards including one from the American Concrete Institute. Under his leadership, the company has designed some major landmarks in the city, including hospitals like The Asian Heart Hospital, etc.

In 2003, Mr. Vikram Mehta decided to get into real estate development. With this objective in mind, he joined hands with Evershine Builders, a leading real estate company of Mumbai. He joined as a joint promoter of Evershine Building Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Evershine Building Contractors Pvt. Ltd. As the Managing Director of these companies, he was responsible for the entire technical operations of all projects of the Evershine Group. He was in charge of building planning, getting approvals from various Government bodies, project execution / construction, quality control and handing over of projects. Over a period of six years, he has completed residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects aggregating to a few million square feet.

In January 2009, Mr. Vikram Mehta moved on to form Mesacon Developers with the financial support of Shri M. R. Chandurkar, ex Managing director of pharma giant IPCA Pharmaceuticals.

In a very short span of time, Mesacon Group has built an enviable reputation as highly focused and honest Developers who deliver more than their commitments and complete projects before schedule. As a matter of fact, every single project developed by them has been completed before the committed completion date, which is a rare feat in an industry where delays are routinely accepted!
