We were offered possession of our flat within the stipulated time and that too after receiving OC of the building, not only the building received OC (Occupation Certificate) but MESACON ensured that along with OC the building received BCC (Building Completion Certificate) many of the members had never heard about this document as for a common man OC is the final document for the new flat. I am told that less than 1 or 2% of the buildings in Mumbai have obtained BCC, as this documents is issued by BMC once the Developer has fulfilled all his obligations for the project and the building is completely constructed without any violation of BMC norms. This is the most satisfying experience and peace of mind for all of us.

When our building was being redeveloped I was particularly worried about the timeline of the project as I have heard lot of stories of redevelopment projects being delayed for years together. When our committee witnessed the redevelopment of our adjourning building Yeshomangal, MESACON Group became our most preferred developer for our building too. As a new buyer I have explored lot of projects and Flats in Andheri and Vile Parle area. But when we visited Shreyas project which was nearing completion I was very much impressed with the layout of the flats and the locality in which the project was coming up. Thereafter we had a meeting with MESACON team at their office and during our first meeting itself I decided to buy the flat in this project. My decision was mainly influenced by the fact that the Planning and layout of the proposed flat was excellent which we were looking for and the person with whom we were dealing with. This is a rare thing in present days with majority of real estate dealings.

After we purchased the flat my wife had specific ideas and needs for our new home therefore we hired an interior decorator for the interior designing of our new flat. When we did all the planning for interior based on our requirements we met MESACON Team with some specific changes in our flat. I am pleased to say that the entire execution team at MESACON cooperate us whole heartily and accommodated the required changes in the layout and planning of the flat without violating any of the BMC norms and meeting our requirements. These special efforts by MESCON ensured that we hardly had to do any civil work when we took the possession of our flat.

On the whole we had a very pleasant and satisfying experience of buying a new flat from MESACON, which is normally not the case in city of Mumbai.

We purchased a new flat in a building constructed by MESACON Group in Lallubhai Park Area - “Shreyas” When we approached MESACON with the enquiry for our new flat, we noticed that their approach was very different than the typical Builders that we usually come across.
