‘SHREYAS APARTMENT’ is a project developed by Mesacon Group in the prestigious locality of Lallubhai Park in Andheri (W). The project consisted of redeveloping an old G+3 upper floors building having 22 existing members. The project covers a construction area of Approximately 51000 Sq. Ft, including Basement, Stilt and 12 upper floors for residential dwelling units. The project was also completed by 6 months ahead of schedule mentioned in the Development Agreement. The project consists of high end residential flat of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4 BHK on various floors along with members flats of similar configuration. Apart from Stilts, car parkings were also provided at basement for Mechanical Parking (Two Tier) alongwith car lifts. The eye catching elevation of the building on the L. S. Road makes it stand out in the Lallubhai Park area.
