PERSONALISED ATTENTION & CONSTRUCTION OF FLATS:
At Mesacon, we understand how difficult it is for any person, who is not part of the industry to buy a house and then make changes to suit his or her family needs. It also pains us to see that so much of time and money is lost when people demolish or shift internal walls or flooring, etc. We are therefore one of the rare breed of Developers who offer customized flats to existing Society members and flat Purchasers. As long as the modifications are given in time, we go out of our way to alter / revise the internal walls of the flats as well as flooring, etc. as per the needs of our customers to ensure that internal construction within the flat is done as per their design – a concept that saves a lot of time as well as money for our customers. It is this aspect of us that our customers find immensely helpful. Obviously, that makes things complicated for us but we realize that building a strong Goodwill and a Legacy of happy customers does not come cheap!
